Our Story

In 2014The idea settled in the heart, while the vision of the place lived vividly in memory.Saven was born not merely as a business, but as an intention, a prayer, and a purpose as clear as the shining sun. It began as a personal journey before becoming a journey that would impact the lives of others.A sincere intention to give movement meaning, strength a soul, and fitness a place in life… not a burden upon it.Through observation and listening, I began to understand the physical, emotional, and mental needs of those around me. Our Experience

Saven’s expertise is reflected in the experience of its founder, Salma Aloufi, who is a coach, leader, and influencer. Her background spans more than 11 years in the fields of fitness and meditation, along with over 5 years of leading mountain journeys and outdoor experiences aimed at reconnecting women with their bodies, themselves, and the natural world around them, within safe and mindful environments.

What does the membership include?
(Fitness plan / Nutrition plan / Coach follow-up / Nutritionist follow-up)
Will the coach be with me the whole time?
(Yes, the membership fully depends on the coach’s presence.)
When do I start training?
After the orientation consultation, which includes physical, nutritional, health, and mental assessments.
When will I receive my nutrition plan?
Two weeks after starting the workouts. Measurements will be taken and sent to the nutritionist.
What is the freeze period policy?
1-month subscription: One freeze up to 7 days is free. More than 7 days has a fee.
3-month subscription: One freeze up to 14 days is free. More than 14 days has a fee.
6-month subscription: Three freezes up to 21 days each are free.More than 21 days has a fee.
9-month subscription: Four freezes up to 21 days each are free. More than 21 days has a fee.
Do I need to book before attending the class?
Yes, class booking through the member’s subscription is required to ensure the quality of the session and maintain the class capacity within the maximum limit.
