1. Introduction
This agreement regulates the relationship between Saven Fitness Center and the member, outlining the terms and conditions related to subscriptions and the use of the fitness services provided by the center.
2. Membership Terms
The membership includes a consultation session after registration, followed by the start of the recommended training or wellness program.Membership fees are non-refundable and non-transferable after 3 hours from the payment time, except in special cases approved by management.Membership fees must be paid in advance. Memberships cannot be sold or transferred to another member unless approved by management and after paying a transfer fee of 57.5 SAR.
3. Membership Freeze Policy
Members are entitled to freeze their memberships according to the following durations:1-Month Membership: 1 free week3-Month Membership: 2 free weeks6-Month Membership: 3 free weeks9-Month Membership: 4 free weeksIf the freeze period exceeds the free allowance, an additional fee of 57.5 SAR will be charged for every extra two weeks.
4. Website & Personal Information
Each member will receive a personal account on the Saven website, allowing access to:Tracking training progress and performance updatesViewing subscription-related plans and schedulesReviewing reports and follow-up updatesMembers are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their account information. Sharing login credentials with others is strictly prohibited. Any misuse or unauthorized sharing of information will be handled according to applicable regulations and laws.
5. Member Responsibilities
Commitment to scheduled classes and training sessionsFollowing trainers’ instructions and the center’s internal policiesCooperating with customer service and responding when neededProtecting personal account information and avoiding account sharing
6. General Rules & Conduct
Respect toward all staff and members is mandatory. Any verbal or physical misconduct is strictly prohibited.The center is not responsible for lost personal belongings. Members are encouraged to use the designated lockers.Members must maintain personal hygiene and help keep the facility clean.Gym equipment must be used properly and returned to its designated place after use.Leaving food or drink waste in non-designated areas is prohibited.Damaging property, equipment, or facilities is strictly prohibited.
7. Personal Training
For members enrolled in personal training sessions:Only three warnings are allowed for missed sessions.Members must commit to scheduled session times.Missed sessions are non-compensable and non-refundable.
8. Important Notes
In case of any complaint related to the membership or agreement terms, management may request a copy of the contract or membership details for verification.Saven reserves the right to update or modify these terms and conditions when necessary to improve operations and service quality.
